TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the tryout process conducted by NY Braveheart S.C ("the Club") through its website. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your tryout form.
By accessing or using the tryout form on the Club's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the tryout form.
1. Tryout Eligibility:
1.1. The tryouts are open to individuals meeting the specified age and eligibility requirements as determined by the Club.
1.2. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in the tryout process.
2. Submission of Tryout Form:
2.1. By submitting the tryout form, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
2.2. The Club reserves the right to reject any tryout form that contains false or misleading information.
3. Tryout Process:
3.1. The Club will review all tryout forms received within the specified timeframe.
3.2. Participation in the tryout process does not guarantee selection for the team.
3.3. The Club may, at its discretion, conduct further assessments, including but not limited to in-person tryouts, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates.
4. Communication:
4.1. The Club will use the contact information provided in the tryout form to communicate with participants regarding the status of their application and any further steps in the tryout process.
4.2. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Code of Conduct:
5.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the tryout process.
5.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or cheating, may result in disqualification from the tryout process.
6. Liability:
6.1. Participants acknowledge that participation in the tryout process involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
6.2. The Club and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the tryout process, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Privacy:
7.1. The Club will collect and process personal information provided in the tryout form in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7.2. By submitting the tryout form, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the tryout process.
7.3. The Club does not sell any personal information.
8. Modifications:
8.1. The Club reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Club's website.
8.2. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

MEDIA RELEASE
11. Consent to Use Likeness:
11.1. By participating in the tryout process, you grant the Club and its affiliates the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record your likeness, image, voice, and performance during the tryouts.
11.2. You agree that the Club and its affiliates may use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such materials in any media or format, including but not limited to the Club's website, social media channels, promotional materials, and publications, without further notice or compensation to you.
